The successful candidate will lead actuarial teams across two locations – Montpelier, VT and Addison, TX. This senior executive will serve as a key partner to the Chief Risk Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller, Treasurer, the Chief Product Officer, and to other senior leaders, with a charge to lead Corporate Actuarial and to elevate actuarial capabilities to improve strategic decision making across the company. Preference toward individuals with experience with equity indexed products.This individual will be a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).BA or BS required; Master’s degree is a plus.
