Applies actuarial methods through the use of mathematical and statistical models in calculating Medicare bids and supporting analyses.
Using independent judgment and discretion, performs other research, experience studies, and statistical analyses.
Communicates results of analyses to more senior actuarial staff.
Actively participates in team and other internal meetings and may present on specific topics.
Works with some supervision and may provide direction to trainees and/or technical assistance for a specific project or task.','!*!
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field strongly preferred
Minimum of 1 – 2 actuarial exams passed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
