Utilize your business knowledge to help analyze and improve existing processes and procedures.
Humana is seeking a Business Consultant for Service Operations who will: lead and educate associates to help optimize service and operational metrics, evaluating existing issue resolution processes, applications and tools, and collaborating with multiple departments to continuously strive for excellence. Responsibilities include:
Performance and process improvement
Communication strategy development and implementation
Onboarding program ownership
Training and performance support
Metrics and reporting development, including analysis and recommendations from data analysis

The person for this role is someone that gets excited by:

Desired Skills & Experience
Technical aptitude for developing expertise in using SharePoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Office proficiency
Training development
Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration
Ability to collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts
Adoption of Process Discipline philosophy
Possess high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Reporting Relationships
You will report to the manager of the Process and Performance Improvement team. This area is under the leadership of the Director of Medicare Advantage Actuarial Infrastructure Development and Support.
