POSITION SUMMARY Actuarial support of individual and group Part D business. Fundamental Components: Aetna is rapidly expanding their Medicare Part D business. We are interested in candidates with pharmacy actuarial experience. Open to candidates with PBM and\/or managed care backgrounds. Responsibilities include a subset of the following: Formulary Development, Pharmacy Network Strategy, Pharmacy Utilization Management, Cost Trend Analysis, and Financial Forecasting and Variance Analysis BACKGROUND\/EXPERIENCE desired: Bachelor's degree w\/a minimum of 1 year(s) work experience Pharmacy \/ PBM Analytics, Data Science and\/or Medicare Part D experience highly desired Actuarial students on the exam path are welcomed, but exam path not required Strong technical skills including Excel is required, any SAS experience is extremely helpful EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
