Description The Senior International Consulting Analyst is responsible for liaising with local Mercer specialists and senior international consultants to deliver advice to US-headquartered multinational clients on wealth and health issues that arise outside the US. To fulfill this role, the Senior Analyst will: Be the day to day contact and liaison for accounting consolidation project;\u00a0communicate timeline and deliverables; consolidate information for review by more senior consultants; provide list of queries on local actuaries' input for discussion with more senior consultants Draft technical reports and other communications based on input from local Mercer consultants;\u00a0liaise with Mercer consultants globally in order to provide initial draft responses to client questions on non-US retirement and benefit issues Act as project manager for significant multi-country projects Coordinate the delivery of services related to global offerings, such as global actuary and global benefits management Develop actuarial calculations and other benefit analyses as necessary for review by more senior consultants Qualifications Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, finance, business or related field Minimum\u00a0two years of actuarial experience in the pension or employee benefits field Actuarial exam progress and commitment to achieving actuarial designations, e.g., Fellowship of the Society of Actuaries Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills Job Consulting
