Senior Actuarial Director
Conduent's Retirement Practice is looking for a senior pension actuary with strong technical skills to join our national review team. The ideal candidate must be able to check valuation system coding and results - as well as verify calculations of contribution amounts and accounting costs - to ensure actuarial correctness and compliance with applicable rules, regulations and standards of practice. Duties may also include special projects, employee training, and periodic internal audits of retirement plan cases. Extensive experience with governmental (ASA/FSA preferred) or private sector (EA and ASA/FSA preferred) pension plans is necessary, along with a deep knowledge of valuation system calculations under various cost methods and the rules/regulations applicable to US plans. ProVal experience a plus. The role is primarily internal, supporting the national actuarial practice and its consultants.
The position will report to our Central Review Team manager as part of the Office of Chief Actuary. Anticipated start date would be in third quarter 2017, or possibly sooner.
