Job Profile
DIV>An international consultant provides advice to clients on a wide range of human resources issues, including the design of benefit and compensation programs around the world, financing of and accounting for the programs, investing retirement plan assets, conducting multi-country mergers and acquisitions, and developing remuneration policies for internationally mobile employees. To fulfill this role, the consultant will:

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, finance, business or related field Minimum 2 to 4 years of actuarial experience in the pension or employee benefits field Proficient with Microsoft Office Actuarial exam progress (nearing completion) or recently completed actuarial qualification requirements Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills; Excellent oral and written communications skills Familiar with US GAAP and application to non-US plans Familiar with international benefit issues A client-focused attitude Flexibility Intellectual curiosity ','!*!
